This intensive A & P course will allow you to get on to massage courses as well as carry out treatments correctly and safely.
This one day qualification will leave you confident and comprehensive of the body system.
An assessment will also be carried out, throughout the day and an exam will be b taken by the student at the end of the week.... but dont worry we want you to pass, so we will do our best to support you.
This course is recommended to be combined with Swedish Massage course, upon booking a 10% discount will be applied.

This course will allow you to work confidently in carrying out treatments for clients and work as a professional.
Holistic which is also known as Swedish massage incorporates medium to firm strokes releasing tension, making space for relaxation and a sense of well being.
You will learn massage techniques that allow you as a therapist to work professionally and safely.
Techniques will cover effleurage, stroking and gliding; kneading; rubbing and tapping. They're designed to improve your circulation, soothe your muscles and make you more relaxed.
Classes is no more that 6 people, so individual attention is given to assure that students leave confident to practice.
Business and how to market yourself is also an inportant factor and so we cover the strategies as to how you may gain business for yourself.

Eastern Facial Massage
Eastern facial massage is the face lifting treatment without the injections.
This is a relaxing and muscle toning treatment for men and women.
It is a blend of Indian and Japanese ancient techniques that have used for that natural lift'. You will learn the history of this ancient art and how to beautfully incorporate it with your treatments or as a boosting face pampering session alone.

Hot Stone Massage is the new “must-have” treatment. It is extremely popular with clients and can be costed at a significantly higher level than massage alone, making
it a very lucrative treatment to offer.
Stone therapy, as with all massage, has physiological effects on the mind, body and spirit as the state of deep relaxation encourages rejuvenation of the whole being.
Hot stone massage increases blood circulation, which brings oxygen and nutrients to the cells more rapidly, it also increases lymphatic drainage which removes toxins more rapidly and so strengthens the immune system. Muscles relax with the heat and so reduce pain and tension. The warmth also encourages very deep relaxation, and has a calming effect on the client's body and mind.
