Motivation is the key to an enjoyable workout, so I believe in making my personal and group sessions intense but enjoyable, this is through various styles of training through dance; 'Bollywood Aerobics style' is an mixture of Indian dance moves blended with modern street dance grooves.

Other styles include circuit to get those muscles toned and firm, and also boxing based training for a full body fat burn.

 

General Fitness

Keeping fit can feel like a lot of effort at times as we are so busy with work and life itself. So I feel that if I can cover a fun and motivating session for one or two hours a week that will allow the body to prepare it self to get into shape and stay healthy for life.

Let's face it we all want to fit into that gorgeous dress or fitted jeans and feel confident.... lets create a target and gradually work towards it.

 

Core and Abdominal Training

The core strength which comes from within I feel will always be there; meaning that if we have already worked on those core muscles correctly, when we take a break from training for a while and upon returning to exercise we can reshape those muscles in no time. GREAT!

 

Strength and Power Training

Your own strength I feel is very important to work on, so I like to work with ones own body weight, through lifting your own body weight and improving flexibility. Through these strength building exercises your joints and muscles can stay supple and firmer for longer and most importantly your posture is better so as you age you feel more comfortable to move around without too much worry of strains.

 

Flexibility and Stretching

Looking good is all part of exercise and just as important as stretching throughout your workout regime. I am a fanatic of stretching as it keep my skin supple and firm and working with various people it has shown just how important it is to take time to stretch. Not only are you increasing your flexibility, but you are decreasing risk of injuries and strains.

It is also an excellent way to be refreshed.
